Dhvani Kart (operated by DHVANI ENTERPRISES) is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability is checked at checkout using the pin code verification system.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 2,000.
Standard Shipping: Rs. 99 flat rate for orders below Rs. 2,000.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Rural and Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or public holidays.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once the order is placed. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the order number on our Track Order page or through the tracking link sent via email.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@dhvanikart.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
