Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dhvani Kart (operated by DHVANI ENTERPRISES), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at care@dhvanikart.com or calling 9220727407. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to follow the return process outlined below.

Cancellation Timeline: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, contact us at care@dhvanikart.com with your order number, product details, and photographs of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: products that have been installed, used, or altered; cut-to-length wires and cables; custom or made-to-order products; and products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected at our facility, the refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI account used for the transaction).

5. Cancellation Refund

If you cancel an order before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will bear the return shipping charges. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
